Full-time management position available with large, physician–owned, multi-specialty clinic in Waconia. Position is responsible for providing hands-on supervision of the daily operations of all areas of the billing department including billing, collections, coding, data entry, compliance and patient inquiries.
Previous medical billing and supervisory experience required.
FT position available in our Waconia office to schedule appointments and help with registration of patients. Occasional rotating Saturday.
Responsible for performing a variety of routine and moderately complex laboratory procedures to assist providers in patient diagnosis and monitoring. Xrays and other procedures as defined by the clinic. This is a full time (5 days/week) with a Saturday rotation, split between the Waconia and Norwood offices.
We are open to filling this as a CMA Lab or Xray Tech if the person has experience performing and testing in a moderately complex lab.
Maintains the knowledge of, and complies with, all relevant laws, regulations and policies, procedures and standards.
Performs and evaluates diagnostic testing to provide accurate and reliable laboratory results.
Treats abnormal results according to policies and procedures.
Complex orders, enters and verifies test results. Documents all written data, files and sorts paperwork. Completes other clerical functions accurately to ensure accurate and appropriate test ordering and reporting of patient results.
Completes routine maintenance, troubleshoots and repair procedures on laboratory instruments to ensure proper operation. Completes appropriate documentation.
Performs specimen collection and processing to ensure the accurate and appropriate performance of patient testing while maintaining patient dignity, comfort and confidentiality.
Complies with laboratory safety and infection control policies to ensure a safe work environment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Must meet CLIA 88 specifications
Knowledge of routine laboratory procedures, techniques and instruments

Ability to use a computer and applications that are associated with performing basic work tasks (use a mouse, navigate in Windows, LIS, etc.)
