Lakeview is a busy, fast paced clinic looking for a full-time receptionist who is professional, caring and able to multi-task. We have openings in our Chaska and Waconia offices.

The receptionist is responsible for a variety of patients care including but not limited to:
– Checking in patients in a supportive and polite manner
– Scheduling appointments according to providers and guidelines
– Verifying insurance billing and demographic information
– Support the department ensuring quality and helpful services
– Answering calls in a timely, pleasant and professional manner
– Collecting co-payments
– General office work

Requirements:
High school education or equivalent
1 year related experience
Basic Computer skills
Medical Receptionist experience is preferred
Strong Verbal and written communication
Telephone etiquette skills
Ability to promote and maintain good patients relations and patient confidentiality

LPN/CMA

Certified Medical Assistant/Licensed Practical Nurse

(Ability to travel to satellite locations to provide coverage Norwood, MN, Watertown, MN, Waconia, MN)

Job Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Hours: Clinic hours of operation are Monday – Friday; 8:00AM – 5:00PM and Saturdays from 8:00AM -12:00PM. This position is required to cover the hours during the week along with a Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities:
· Assist in the care of a variety of patients.
· Provides nursing care to primarily patients under the direct supervision of the Nursing Supervisor and physician or provider.
· Rooms patients, assists with procedures, refills prescriptions, assists with laboratory skills, provides phone triage, and other duties as assigned by management.
· Possesses excellent communication skills, and maintains a high level of customer service in their care delivery.
· Provides coverage when needed dependent upon patient load and staffing at our satellite locations in Norwood, MN, Watertown, MN, and Chaska, MN.
· May works along-side other specialty physicians as needed to provide high quality care to all Lakeview Clinic’s patients.
· Collects data through observation and communicates information to assist the physician/APP in patient assessment and care planning.
· Abides by the policies and procedures set forth by Lakeview Clinic, Ltd.
Education/Certifications:
· Graduation from a Medical Assisting Program or School of Practical Nursing.
· Current LPN Licensure or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Experience:
· One (1) year of LPN or MA experience working in an applicable setting is required.
· Experience in a medical setting working in a team environment.
· Experience working with an electronic medical record.
Skills:
· Excellent Customer service skills

· Some computer skills required.
Special Certifications:
•Maintains BLS (Basic Life Support) for Health Care Providers from one of the following programs:

Insurance Account Specialist

Full time position available to work Monday – Friday in our Waconia or Norwood Business Office.  Responsibilities include assisting patients in resolving bills, establishing payment plans, determining patient eligibility, and posting remittances to accounts.  Excellent customer service skills are essential.  Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codes, and previous medical office billing experience preferred.

Radiologic Technician

Overview:  The Radiologic Technologist will provide diagnostic radiologic exams for diagnosis and treatment of disease. Primarily responsible for operation of X-ray equipment, but also possesses the capacity to operate additional modalities in the imaging department such as CT and Bone Density Scanning.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiology exams such as chest, abdomen, spine, pelvis, hips, extremities, sinus and skull work.
  • Produce high quality and accurate diagnostic X-ray images.
  • Perform CT exams such as head, neck, spine, abdomen, chest and CTA’s.
  • Produce high quality and accurate diagnostic CT and X-ray images.
  • Perform DEXA exams including spine, hip, wrist and forearm.
  • Produce high quality and accurate DEXA and X-ray images.
  • Applies knowledge of ALARA
  • Follows policies, procedures and systems of the department to meet the mission and goals of the clinic.
  • Ensure quality control is performed within the guidelines designated by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, federal, state and local regulatory agencies.
  • Assists with maintenance of equipment to ensure patient safety and proper working order.
  • Enter exam information into the radiologists reporting system for the generation and communication of a radiology/radiologists report to the ordering provider via the EMR.
  • Educate and train others in operation of radiographic equipment, procedures, image quality and exposure techniques.
  • Comply with all radiography policies and OSHA regulations related to safety, cleanliness and infection control.
  • Demonstrates room and equipment cleanliness between patients.
  • Interacts with patients, providers and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by the Radiology Supervisor and Director of Clinical Services.

Business Office Supervisor

Lakeview Clinic is hiring an experienced Business Office Supervisor to join our team.

Lakeview Clinic is a physician-owned multi-specialty primary care clinic with over 50 providers in four locations. We have clinics in Waconia, Chaska, Watertown and Norwood. This position will primarily work out of our Waconia location.

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the revenue cycle process, including medical coding and billing along with insurance claim processing. Position requires a knowledge of CPT and ICD10 coding. The supervisor also oversees the prior authorization process.

This position will manage a department of 15 business office employees. Additional responsibilities include managing patient complaints, escalated billing problems, and configuration of Allscripts Practice Management system billing parameters.

Nursing Supervisor, RN

Overview: The Nursing Supervisor is primarily responsible for the direct oversight of the daily operations of the nursing department. Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, the Nursing Supervisor will make operational decisions and perform daily tasks that align the nursing department with the mission and vision of Lakeview Clinic.

Responsibilities:

· Promoting the mission, vision and values of Lakeview Clinic, specific to the nursing department.

· Assess care distribution requirements in order to optimize quality throughout the patient lifecycle within the organization.

· Maintain a staffing plan that provides for appropriate human resources as dictated by patient demand within the four clinic locations.

· Serve as a resource for staff to utilize to address and solve clinical issues.

· Provide documentation, communication, and follow-through with any in-clinic incidents involving patients or staff.

· Maintain/order clinical inventory of consumables, vaccines, and tools that are necessary to distribute care to patients.

· Providing formal feedback to staff members regarding performance and attendance on an annual basis, or as appropriate.

Medical Lab Tech MLT

Position Title: Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

Reports to: Lab Manager

Overview: The Medical Laboratory Technician will perform routine medical laboratory tests for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease. Responsible for operation of the laboratory.

Essential Functions:

· Perform technical laboratory functions including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, immunology and microbiology.

· Report test results following clinic protocols alerting providers and/or nurses about critical results.

· Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies. Set up, maintain, calibrate, clean, and test sterility of medical laboratory equipment.
